AGAINST Barack Obama
I considered myself a democrat for a long time... until Barack Obama became our president. I was a democrat... never a socialist. For me the democratic party had once believed in fighting for people's rights.. now I feel they are more concerned with taking them away.
The 'pro-choice' euphemism is as ironic as it is deceptive. My experience is that those who are most noisily 'in favor of choice in this arena are typically among those who want to deny MY right to choose in just about every other aspect of life.
AGAINST Barack Obama
About the only promise he has kept, was to, "fundamentally change our country". It is now closer to being a Socialist state than ever before.
FOR Duck Dynasty
This isn't even an ambiguous issue. The Anti-Christian bigots have shown their cards. This man has the right to say anything he wants. Social engineering tyranny has run rampant in this country. Enough!!! This is a line in the sand for freedom loving Americans. FIGHT BACK
@nxnn letting Isis continue on on their rampage will inevitably lead to an attack, self defense does not mean neglegence.
since they made threats and have the motive and means to execute those threats, the whole world should act.
This applies to self defense in my opinion.
I think the Revolutionary War answers this pretty completely.
AGAINST Social Security
@nxnn when will you understand..the government knows what's best for us and our kids. :)
FOR Video Game Violence
I find few things as satisfying as slaughtering zombies after a hard day of work.
The problem we have is young, irresponsible "parents" who allow their 6 year olds to be babysat with the games.
This is a time when the brain is hard wired to learn what life is.
AGAINST Voting Taxes
@jukeboxradio I honestly think there should be some sort of test to make sure the voter is just SOMEWHAT knowledgable of what they're doing. Nothing complicated. Because naming the VP on the ticket would have ruled out some people last year. Terrible.
The theory of evolution doesn't involve the question of origin. As @Kunoichi said, the two ideas can coexist. I would be willing to allow creationism to be taught in schools, but only as part of a 'World Religions' course, not as any type of science.
